Billing:
  • All rides are billed to the customer’s credit card or corporate account numbers. West Valley Prestige Limos accepts the following cards:
  • American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa, personal checks.
  •  $20.00 will be added for meet and greet service.
  • A 20% gratuity will be billed to all rides. Gratuity is calculated on the total fare.
  • Car seat, booster seat, toddler seat are available for $15.00 each.

Sedan Rates:

  • West Valley Prestige Limos has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports outside of phoenix greater area, ask for details.
  • Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at  the West Valley Prestige Limos hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time of pick-up until the time of the last drop-off.
  • Fractions of an hour are rounded to the next 15 minute interval.
  • If you have too much luggage and it will not fit in a sedan your reservation will cancelled.
  • One suitcase/bag per person not to exceed 50 lbs weight. Extra bag charge is $ 35 per bag.
  • No weapons, alcohol or drugs inside passenger area of vehicle.
  • $75.00 is Sedan minimum rate (+20% gratuity )
  • West Valley Prestige Limos cannot be loaded beyond capacity.

Limo Wait Time / Stop Time:

  • 1 hour of free waiting time given on all Domestic flights from the arrival time. 1 hour of free waiting time given on all International flights from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments 30 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate. 20% gratuity.
  • For all other reservations, 15 minutes of free wait time is given. Any additional wait time will be charged in minute increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle from the time of the pickup
  • West Valley Prestige Limos does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 15 minutes.
  • Passenger requested stops off route for will incur additional charges.

Cancellation and No Show Fees:

  • Cancellation of sedans with 24 HOURS NOTICE from scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip.
  • A ‘no show’ fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
  • To avoid a ‘no show’ fee call us if you cannot locate your vehicle.

Damages:

Passenger shall pay for all damage caused by anyone of passengers party during the rental period of the Vehicle that includes but not limited to trash, spills, carpet or floor damage, smoking/cigarette burns and damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

Other:

  • West Valley Prestige Limos shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
  • West Valley Prestige Limos assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle. 

    Limitation of Liability:

    THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT OR FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH  DAMAGES. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE SINGLE FARE FEE FOR THE DAY IN QUESTION.

    Termination:

  •  If Client does not conform to the conditions stated in the Service Contract, the contract with Client will be terminated with immediate effect without warning or written notice, and the payment made will be retained by the company.

    Authorization:

    No agent, employee or representative of the Company is authorized to alter, modify or waive requirements stated in the conditions of transportation or service
